Welcome to the Gospel MP3 Audio page. The majority of the clips on this page were recorded from records and cassettes I have from the 1970's. They are predominantly "Southern" gospel and Quartet material. While I have not included the names of any of the players, (sometimes 2 players were on the same album) they include, Jimmy Day, Lloyd Green, Buddy Emmons, Weldon Myrick and others whose name is not listed in the credits. If you have any .mp3 files of Gospel steel you wish to submit, please send them to me by email and I will post them on the page, with credit being given to the person submitting the clip. It is hoped that all pedal steel players, both new and old will find something here that they can use.
